I am super excited to announce that we are having Nicole Sanchez join us on Thursday April 14 at 5:30 pm to empower us through a Guided Meditation. The purpose of having these classes at the office is to empower the ability to self heal and self regulate in as many different platforms as possible. Stress is one of the major disruptions on our overall health and the more we can learn to shift away from that Chronic state of stress and tension and more towards a state of rest, recovery, and relaxation the better our overall health will be. Spaces are limited, so if you are interested in joining us to learn how to calm the mind, body, and spirit through breath and meditation, make sure to reserve your spot on your next adjustment or send Dr. Jordan a message ASAP. Cost is $15. Health is wealth, so invest daily! Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition/Hydration, Positive Mindset, Community and Love, Vitamin D and fresh air, recovery practices (Chiropractic care for a healthy spine and nervous system, massage, acupuncture, yoga, stretching, meditation, ice/heat). Office hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11-2 and 3-7 Tuesday 3-7 Saturday 9-1 We do have massage availability everyday we are open. Yvonne's acupuncture availability Saturday 4/2 Wednesday 4/6 Tuesday 4/12 Saturday 4/16 Wednesday 4/20 Tuesday 4/26 Saturday 4/30 We are sanitizing the table and hands after each patient. My goal is to provide the best chiropractic care possible to each patient that steps into the office optimizing natural health while also providing health education to practice at home as well.
